1. Receive Your Registration Email:
   • Check your email for a registration confirmation message from the platform. This email will contain your username and a link to set your password.
2. Visit the elearning Login Page:
   • Type the URL of the ALTAWAIL portal site into the address bar and press Enter.
3. Click on the “Login” Button:
   • On the homepage of the eLearning site, locate the “Login” button (top-right) and click it.
4. Enter Your Credentials:
   • Input your username or email address associated with your eTraining account.
   • Enter your password. First-time users may need to follow the link in the registration email to set one.
5. Click on “Log in”:
   • After entering your credentials, click “Log in” to access your account.
6. Navigate to My Courses:
   • Once logged in, you’ll land on "My Courses," where you can see all your enrolled programs.
7. Access Your Courses:
   • Click on the course you wish to enter to view its materials.
8. Log Out (Optional):
   • When done, click your profile icon (top-right) and select “Log out.”

If you encounter any issues or did not receive your registration email, please contact technical support.

1. Log in to ALTAWAIL eLearning:
   • Go to the ALTAWAIL eLearning site and enter your credentials.
2. Navigate to My Courses:
   • Click on "My Courses" to see all your enrolled courses.
3. Select the Relevant Course:
   • Click the course title that contains the materials you need.
4. Find the Training Materials Section:
   • Within the course, look for "Training Materials," "Resources," or similar.
5. Access the Materials:
   • Click any document, video, or link to view or download it.
6. Complete Required Activities:
   • Finish any quizzes or assignments as required.
7. Log Out (Optional):
   • Click your profile icon and select “Log out.”

For difficulties finding materials, contact your instructor or support team.

This policy explains how trainee attendance is calculated and monitored.

• Face-to-Face Courses: In-class training with instructor and trainees present.
• Online Instructor-Led Courses: Scheduled live-stream sessions with real-time interaction.
• Asynchronous Courses: Pre-recorded or self-study materials completed at any time.

• 90% of total program hours (face-to-face or online).
• 90% of all live session activities.
• 100% of all asynchronous activities.

Note: 1 hr online = 1 hr face-to-face.

• LMS logs log-in/log-out times for each live session.
• Attendance is auto-calculated from those timestamps.
• Periodic reports are available to the training team.

1. 90% Alert: Automatic warning at 90% attendance.
2. Certificate Withheld: If live attendance < 90%.
3. Certificate Withheld: If asynchronous < 100%.

• Submit medical/technical excuses via support form.
• Review within 48 hrs; make-ups or exemptions for force majeure.

By participating, you agree to these requirements; violations will result in withholding the certificate.

Integrity in an e-learning or online training environment means that all parties—trainees, trainers, and administrators—commit to the highest standards of honesty and academic integrity, ensuring that all training assessments reflect the individual’s own effort without any unauthorized assistance or manipulation of content.

B. Forms of Integrity Violations

• Cheating: Using unauthorized means to obtain higher marks or better evaluations.
• Impersonation: Having someone else attend, take the test, or submit assignments on behalf of the trainee.
• Collusion: Unauthorized group coordination to submit identical or nearly identical work.
• Forgery: Falsifying submission dates, electronic signatures, or attendance records.
• Plagiarism: Copying external content without proper citation or quotation.

C. Procedures and Sanctions
